FRONING

Rich Froning, 2011-12 CrossFit Games Champion, earning title of fittest man on earth.  Here is an example of one of the workouts Rich used to prepare himself for the 2012 CrossFit Games....


"Monday"

3 rounds for time:

  • Barbell/Kettlebell thrusters (95lbs)
21-15-9
  • Burpees
21-15-9
  • Power Clean
30 reps (185lbs)
