Still recovering from the fracture, I thought I would be in good shape to perform this WOD!

  • Squat
10-10-10-10

after squats, three rounds of:
  • Run 1/2 mile
  • Walking lunge 10m out 10m back


If you have a mask where it for the run and lunges!!
