RUN...RUN...AS FAST AS YOU CAN

So, with roughly 3 more weeksto go to get some barbells in my life, I'm hitting the gym hard with core and cardio again.  No time to bullshit!

"THANKSGIVING"

4 rounds of:

  • 1/2 mile run (fast pace)
  • 40 cable crunches
  • 20 leg raises
  • 20ft walking lunges
  • 50 floors stair master

GET IT!
